When it comes to Literacy education, many people think traditional reading and writing. However, Literacy education is broad and multifaceted, where it takes in all the learning skills a person needs, to fully engage in the wider society. That is, to be analytic and have strong problem-solving and communication skills.

 

 Here at Reading Smarties Learning Centre, we make learning fun and engaging. The idea was born out of the need to help learners who are facing challenges in different areas of language literacy. The activities are research-based and are carefully selected to match each learner.  What this means? Every learner is different and will not learn the same way.

 

As the name suggest, our learners are smart and intelligent but will need further assistance in improving their overall literacy and numeracy skills. We do not label our students as not all who are experiencing a learning difficulty is 'dyslexic' (a term which is used loosely) according to research.

Here at Reading Smarties Learning Centre, persons can come in and feel at ease around our staff. We value all our clients and maintain a  high level of confidentiality.
